Land Wanted for Future Developments

Our preference is to obtain an interest in land and from that point manage its promotion through the planning system to achieve the most advantageous planning consent through a thorough and professionally presented planning application at our expense.

Whilst our preference is to obtain our own planning permissions, we will also consider land that already has a planning permission, especially where we identify a potential to enhance the planning.
